Meet the Family Behind A&J

We’re Alex and Jessie Dumont — the “A” and “J” behind A&J Home Concierge. We live right here in The Villages and built this business from the ground up with a commitment to local service, trust, and integrity. Together, we’ve raised three wonderful kids: Lucas (22), Amanda (21), and Victoria (21), who are currently pursuing their own paths in work and education.

While we stay hands-on in daily operations, we’re also proud to have an amazing local team who shares our values and vision. We know what makes The Villages special — and we’re honored to help both guests and homeowners experience it to the fullest.
