Timber Sunshine Stay (Dunedin)

I thoroughly enjoyed my three week vacation at Timber Terrace in Dunedin, the Villages, Florida! I am not an experienced traveler, so Jessie, of A&J Home Concierge, was so VERY helpful in helping me plan and secure the beautiful 3 bedroom home in which I stayed. She also advised me on where to rent a golf cart, how to obtain guest resident and visitor passes as well as security codes and wifi for my time here. Upon entering the house I was immediately impressed with how clean and inviting the place was, nicely furnished and decorated, with modern appliances, and with little “extras” touches like sample toiletries and towels folded in the shape of swans and flowers. Throughout my stay I felt very relaxed and comfortable in this environment and anytime I had questions or needed help, Jessie promptly responded to me via phone or text. I would like to return again next year and would not hesitate to go through Jessie and A&J Home Concierge. I highly recommend this agency!

My stay at a house in Dunedin was a very pleasant experience this past year (2025). The house was in immaculate condition when I moved in and it contained everything I needed for my stay. Also. the A-J Conceigre company was very responsive for my one problem of a leaky toilet. That's all i can think of and I would definetly rent a place the next time I rent in The Villages
