Virginia Trace is a beautiful village located near Lake Sumpter Landing. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. It was an easy walk to the local pool. The house was very spacious and clean. It was fully equipped. We used 3 of the 4 beds, they were quite comfortable. It comes with a golf cart which we did not use. Even though we’re not golfers, we purchased resident passes and participated in a number of group events. I suggest you pick up the weekly paper (available on Thursday) to stay abreast of the daily activities. We were totally satisfied with this house and WILL rent this property again.

Great location, spacious clean home
Family of 4 adults stayed over Christmas. Home was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Having use of the golf car and bicycles was a nice bonus. Location was excellent and an easy walk to Sumter Landing, pool and Canal Street tennis courts. We would definitely return to this property.
