Bayberry Breeze Courtyard Villa (Duval) 🐶

Good location, the amenities were great - so many and very close. Loved the music at Lake Sumter.

The house itself was very clean and well-equipped. Instructions in the check-in packet were clear. A major negative was the golf cart. While it looks fine in the photo, the breaks were shot to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable driving it after the first foray. We had planned to use it for our golf outings but ended up having to rent carts at the golf courses. In addition, the brake pedal itself had no pad on it and was simply metal wrapped with duct tape.

This was perfect for my husband and I. He worked 1/2 days in the office and we enjoyed tooling around in the golf cart in the afternoons. The house was well stocked and there was plenty of space to relax. We would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our needs. The office space was perfect for my husband who was working during the day, and the backseat on the golf cart was super convenient and a great bonus. Would stay again!
