Host was welcoming, took care of anything we needed(teapot), and let us know about any special events taking place in the Squares. House was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Close to walking paths, pools and the larger Rec center and gym, although not much of a gym. Only thing, bring your own portable chairs for outside seating.

The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The communication with the host was none existent. I tried to contact them a couple of times and they never replied.

First time renting a home in the villages. House was beautifully decorated with so many amenities offered. Loved visiting the villages and riding the golf cart to lots of shopping, music, dining and to the pool. Will be coming back soon.

This home is very clean, has lots of natural light, and has a nice open common area floor plan. The neighborhood was very quite. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. The gas stove was a bonus for me. The golf cart is a newer cart and is quieter then any other golf cart I have driven. I really enjoyed the location of this home for golf cart accessibility. Brownwood Paddock square is approximately a 23-25minute golf cart ride just up Meggison rd. Sawgrass Grove is a quick jump in the cart (approx. 5min). And the future Easport square is approximately a 10-12minute golf cart ride just over Bexley Trail. The walking/biking trails, just down the street from the front door, are beautiful! The Ezel recreation center is just down the street and has a full gym if anyone is interested. The Blue Fin and Harvest restaurant at Brownwood Paddock square were favorite's of ours. The street tacos at Fiesta Grande Mexican Grill were the best tacos I've ever had! If you're looking for short distance golf cart rides to all the key areas that the southern part of The Villages has to offer then this is your home.
