Riley Sunshine Retreat (Ashland) 🐶

Great place for our two week stay. Golf cart was great addition and location to 2 squares worked out very well with golf cart, but going to Brownwood car is the better choice as it was only a 12 min drive. Only downside of the house was the living room sectional needs replaced as it is very uncomfortable. Overall we would give the place a 9 out of 10.

This home had a great location and perfect layout with everything we needed for our month long stay. The house was stocked with plenty of linens, kitchen necessities and a helpful guide book. The included golf cart made getting around a breeze. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch during the day in between playing pickleball, golf and swimming. With easy access to Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs and Brownwood, the evenings were filled with sunsets and live music.

The home was exactly as advertized. Very clean and well maintained. All concerns we had were very promptly addressed by the property management group. Thank you for making our first trip to the villages memorable.
