The house was clean and perfect. The management company was far less than perfect. Communication regarding issues was poor. No garage door opener for 3 days. Microwave didn’t work. And we went over a week without it. New microwave arrived 5 days later. We declined installation as we had events planned and would not be home. Front door lock did not work upon leaving vacuum did not work. The worse part is I would message on the app and not receive a reply until a few days later when I called the company. As I said the house was perfect for our needs. The management company A&J was not.

Clean and cozy villa. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
