Host was very welcoming. Property was in very good but dated shape. Recommendations - fix and clean front screen door, remove all personal effects (family photos were kind of creepy), allow entry through the small garage door (share combination) - very annoying, clean up dead plants in pots and add wine glasses and more up to date drinking glasses.

It’s a very nice unit. Very clean. The back patio is completely privacy fenced in tall concrete stucco walls, with a secure and private gate. The patio is HUGE. Partially bird caged and partially not. The unit is super spacious and well laid out. The office is a nice touch if you are staying longer stays. There’s no recliners to kick back and watch television. We got stuck inside for a whole evening when we first got there because it was cold and rainy. They had just changed the locks on the door to the garage from the house and door to the patio from the garage. They were high tech locks that required a thumb print or a code. They did not supply the code & we weren’t able to use the door between the garage and the unit very much without almost locking ourselves out. It locked automatically when it closed. The concierge never got back to us with a code. And the golf cart keys were not where they were supposed to be so we were unable to use the golf cart the first time we went out. We found the keys the next day. They were in the overhang on the golf cart, above the passenger’s side. The front screen door could really use replacing, but it didn’t affect things too much. It was loud and didn’t close well. I had to wait and slowly push/pull it closed when we went in and out, in an effort to keep our dogs from getting out. But again, it wasn’t bad, just one of the things that hadn’t been updated yet. We would stay here again, but would ask to make sure they know about locks/keys
